More on Maca:
Dubbed “Peruvian ginseng,” maca is related to the turnip. Maca is rich in vitamins B, C, and E as well as minerals iron, calcium, phosphorous, zinc, and magnesium. Increasingly popular with vegan athletes for its recovery-boosting quality, this adaptogen helps regenerate the adrenal glands and restore hormonal balance following stress. Maca may also ease symptoms of menstruation and menopause—including cramps and anxiety. Last but not least, this hardy plant boosts libido in both men and women. You’re about to enjoy one sexy parfait 😉
