Vegan almond butter oat cookies. 3 ingredients. Simple. That's all you need to make these delicious and easy to make cookies. You can have them for breakfast, snack or dessert! And you can also add in chocolate chips, raisins, dried cranberries, etc. Add in whatever you want and see what you come up with! :D
I love making my own almond butter! It tastes so much better than store bought. I just take 3 cups of almonds, roast them for about 10 to 15 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees F. Then I process them in a food processor for about 10 to 15 minutes or until it becomes smooth. There you have it! Homemade delicious almond butter. :)

- 2 bananas
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup roasted almond butter
- 2 bananas

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mash the bananas until they form a thick paste constistency and then add in the oats. Mix together.
3. Then add in the almond butter and mix all together. Spray a cookie sheet with coconut spray or use parchment paper.
4. Bake for about 13 to 15 minutes.
