If traveling is at the top of your resolution list for 2018, a wellness festival could very well satisfy your wanderlust. Spanning globally, these wellness festivals are not like your average yoga class–they’re an experience. Taking place in some of the most naturally breathtaking places in the world, these festivals offer a spiritual awakening unlike any other. By day, nurture your mind and body with unique classes and by night, celebrate and dance to some of the world’s most transcending music.
It’s hard to find a reason not to attend a wellness festival as the benefits are endless. These festivals provide a chance to try yoga or meditation classes you most likely have never heard of from teachers from around the world or attend a workshop on personal growth. It’s also the chance to be introduced to new holistic and healing practices while trying nourishing tonics. It’s an opportunity to feel a part of a community of like-minded souls while connecting to others and yourself. Although short, a festival brings a lifetime of memories and inspiration.
Fortunately, for all you spiritual gangsters, wellness travel and festivals are seriously trending. The hardest part will be choosing which one. I’ve helped to narrow down some of the newest and best wellness festivals 2018 has to offer. Grab your yoga mat and passport and let’s go!
