With spring in the air, smoothie bowls are back in season! To be honest, though, they never went out of style at my house...they're just a little more comfortable and less chilling now.
Lately, I've been loving this quick blend of blackberries, flax, and frozen cauliflower! Add a scoop of optional protein powder to boost protein, and slurp this down for pre/post workout fuel. I love mine served with more fresh blackberries and a bit go your favorite granola and/or nut butter.

- 12 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 2/3 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
Directions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl immediately and top with fresh blackberries.
