Bianca Ivankovic van den Berg is a vegan chef and author based in Durban, South Africa. Bianca is the founder of Shap Shap NPO, a vegan social development organization that works in the rural communities of KwaZulu Natal. Currently Bianca is busy co-producing and presenting, The Ultimate Vegan Adventure, a debuting vegan travel show.
