I love when models share beauty tips that are actually doable (attending one of LA’s top spas for a 24-karat gold facial is not one of those tips!). Making a healthy vegan smoothie or juice full of skin-loving antioxidants is definitely easy to do, however. While we all know drinking a greens-packed drink is a great way to get our servings of veggies, it’s easy to fall into a smoothie rut. If you find that you’re getting bored with your current smoothie/juice routine, take inspiration from some of the fashion industry’s top models—turns out they’ve got great smoothie game! Below, I’ve included a Peaceful Dumpling “version” in case you’d like to try a variation on the model’s favorite drinks!
Who: Alexandra Ambrosio
Smoothie of choice: 1 banana, 1 large pear or green apple, 1 cup of spinach, 1 cup of romaine or kale, juice of two lemons, 1 cup celery, 1 cup cold water, and stevia to sweeten if necessary (as reported by Cella Jane).
