A lot of us are missing the gym these days. The classes and the equipment offered inside a gym give us variety and are effective in both building muscle and burning calories. One of the pieces of equipment a gym has that any one of us can easily have access to is a bench. I’ve had many challenging work outs using a gym bench that have left me out of breath and sore the next day. The good news is that you can achieve the same results using a park bench or stable surface at home about the same height. I’ll show you a quick bench work out that will get your heart rate going and sculpt your entire body.
