You have probably seen viral videos of world champion gymnast, Simone Biles, executing a perfect floor routine. There’s no question as to how she has won a combined 30 Olympic and World Championship medals by the age of 24. With some of the most difficult moves and combinations done by any gymnast in history under her belt, it’s obvious her strength and power are unprecedented. Who wouldn’t want some of that strength and agility? While we can’t all train 6 hours a day like Biles, we can do certain moves at home to become fit like a gymnast.
