May 23rd, 2021 marks World Turtle Day! This 15 minute slow flow vinyasa practice was created in honor of these fascinating creatures. Since turtles spend a lot of their time in water, we invoke the water element to guide us during this flow. Immerse yourself in the fluidity of these poses, and become aware of your breathing as you intentionally slow down. Turtles have amazing control of their breath, so find your “inner turtle” and go with the flow during this sequence. As Dory from Finding Nemo would say, “Just keep swimming.” Namaste.
