This vegan BBQ sriracha seitan pizza has the perfect balance of spicy and sweet! It's so flavorful, delicious and packed with protein. Its crust is also gluten-free thanks to cauliflower and oat crust--so satisfying, without being too heavy.
I hope you enjoy! :)

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Steam the fresh, chopped cauliflower for about 15 minutes. Then place in a food processor and blend for 1 minute or until it becomes crumbly. Put the processed cauliflower in a cheesecloth and wring out as much of the liquid as you can.
3. In a medium bowl, mix the cauliflower, oat flour, flax seed meal, water, nutritional yeast, salt, and garlic pepper until well combined. You might need to get your hands dirty and mix with your fingers to incorporate everything together. ;)
4. Once the "dough" is formed, place parchment paper on a baking sheet and spray with some coconut oil so the dough doesn't stick to the paper while baking. Form the dough into a 6" by 6" inch pizza. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, mix the 2 tbsp of bbq sauce and 1 tbsp of sriracha. Take out the pizza crust and smear the sauce all over the pizza. Then add the seitan, jalapeño, onions, and garlic. Place it back into the oven for about 15 more minutes.
6. Let the pizza cool for about 5 - 7 minutes and top it off with a little bit more sriracha, bbq sauce, and chopped cilantro! :)
* Warning! This pizza is pretty hot and spicy so if you don't want a huge spicy surprise, use 1/2 of the jalapeño and substitute 1/2 a tbsp of sriracha with 1/2 tbsp of bbq sauce :)
