This recipe for raw vegan chocolate mousse takes as little as ten minutes and delivers maximum chocolately satisfaction. This dessert will also stick with you: raw cashews combined with avocado and coconut milk provide a mix of omega fatty acids keep you feeling full and satiated. Wow your guests or enjoy all by yourself.
Raw Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
1/2 cup raw, unsalted cashews
1/2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
10 drops liquid stevia (or 1/2 tsp. powdered stevia)
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ripe avocado
pinch of sea salt
1 1/2 tbsp. raw cacao powder
Directions:
1. Blend cashews and liquid ingredients. Then add salt, avocado, and cacao powder and blend until whipped and creamy. Adjust for sweetness and salt.
2. Garnish with a dash of cacao powder or cinnamon. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
