CBD is one of the numerous cannabinoid intensifiers obtained from the cannabis plant. While the psychotropic cannabinoid THC is well known for the high it incites, without the THC effects that regular marijuana plants give you, CBD makes for a popular choice to treat many different kinds of symptoms.
This is why I use these delicious drinks to ease myself whenever I am in pain or going through a harder, upsetting time.
- 1 tea sack CBD tea (instant or ground CBD bloom blended with tea)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- hot water
- CBD bloom
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 cup ginger tea
- 2–3 lime
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 1 full dropper CBD oil
- to taste maple or rice syrup
- optional ice
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup plant milk
- to taste vanilla sugar
- 3–5 drops peppermint/vanilla chai flavoured CBD oil
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
CBD TEA
Add maple syrup, cinnamon stick, and lemon to a cup. Spot the ea pack into the mug. On the other hand, crush some CBD bloom and add to your tea, at that point put the blend into a steeper or back in the tea pack, and spot into your mug. Load up with hot—not bubbling—water. Let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
Don’t cold-blend your CBD tea! Warmth is needed to initiate the useful mixes in cannabis.
Ginger Limeade with Blue Sprirulina and CBD
Brew your ginger tea and let it cool down. Mix together with filtered water, lime juice and lime wedges, CBD oil, blue spirulina powder and sweeten with rice or maple syrup. Add ice on hot days.
CBD Hot Chocolate
Mix together cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla sugar in a pot. Mix well with milk and bring it to a boil. Transfer your hot chocolate to a mug and stir in CBD oil.
