At the start of the lockdown, I ran out of my favorite pink gloss which had become discontinued. I knew I’d feel sad and powerless without some color on my lips, and decided to splurge on Chantecaille, a luxury French-American brand with a conservation focus.

I’ve never been able to find a pink lipstick that looks right on me—but like a miracle, Moabi (a soft cool pink; shown above) is so incredibly flattering. Depending on the light and your outfit, it can look subtle, sophisticated, and beige-y pink, or just a little more feminine and youthful. Either way, it looks like your natural lips except prettier.
