Sliced apple with peanut butter was one of my favorite snacks growing up, and let's be honest, it still is. The crunchy sweetness of the apple perfectly complements the fatty richness of the peanut butter. Borrowing these flavors from the best snack ever, I've reinvented them and created the best dessert ever. A warm cinnamon baked apple topped with a cool, creamy peanut butter ice cream.
