Anyone ever have anxiety when sharing vegan snacks with non-vegan friends in a party setting? Fear no more! These crispy, crunchy, tasty Cheezy Garlic Polenta Fries will make anyone flip. They are vegan, gluten-free, and incredibly easy to assemble, which makes them a the perfect side dish to bring to a potluck, Oscar party, or picnic with friends.

- 1 block pre-made polenta (I used a sun-dried tomato variety)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Directions
1. Drain polenta (it's usually packaged with a little bit of water).
2. Chop polenta into thick, even wedges and arrange on a baking sheet.
3. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder and nutritional yeast.
4. Drizzle olive oil over uncooked fried then dredge in garlic and yeast mixture.
5. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes, flipping fries over once halfway through baking.
